SF Summer Application Form

In order for your application to be considered complete we need to have received your online application form as well as the online recommendations from both of your references. You can forward them the following link: http://temple.edu/fma/sf/reference-form/
Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis.
Should you be accepted to the program, a $750 non-refundable deposit will be due within two weeks of your notification in order to hold your place. Checks or money orders should be made out to “Temple University” with your TUid and name on it, and should be delivered to the FMA Study Away office room 126 Annenberg Hall.

    The SF Program offers two tracks: Internship and Studies. The internship gives you direct experience in the industry, while the studies track enables you to focus on independent study projects with professional mentors in the field.
  • Photos may be taken at all FMA S.F. Study Away events and course excursions. Some of these photos will be displayed on the FMA Study Away website. By participating in an FMA S.F. Study Away program you agree that your photo may be published on our website. You also agree your photo or likeness of you may be used for promotional purposes via video, print, or web, without compensation to you.
  • I authorize the FMA S.F. Study Away staff to access my educational records, disciplinary records, and all information contained in those records, maintained by Temple, or any other educational institution that I have attended. I certify that the statements I have made on this application form are correct and agree to notify Temple University if I am placed on academic and/or disciplinary warning or probation at my home institution or if there is a change in circumstances which might compromise my success in studying away.
