S.F. Tuition and Housing

Program fees and estimated additional costs are outlined below, as is information about scholarships that can be applied towards the program costs.

Undergraduate tuition (8 credits):
PA resident: $4,496
Out-of-state and International students: $7,032
Graduate tuition (8 credits):
PA resident: $6,280
Out-of-state and International students: $8,664
Graduate tuition (2 credits):
PA resident: $ 1570
Out-of-state and International students: $ 2166

 

Housing Information:

Berkeley Student Cooperative – Rochdale Village Apartments:
•    Studios, 2, 3, and 4 bedroom apartments
_  _(All bedrooms are single occupancy)
•    Wheelchair accessible rooms available
•    $1,600 – $2,200 (current estimates May 26th-August 8th)
(Grad housing for first or last 6 weeks $ 800 – $1100. Requires Faculty Director’s permission )
•    Security deposit and contract required

Apartments include:
•    Kitchenettes
•    Beds, desks, dressers, and chairs
•    Utilities
•    (Residents must supply own linens and dishes)

Complex includes:
•    Common room
•    Laundry room
•    Backyard park
•    Social activities
•    24 hour security

*Work requirement one hour/week (e.g. gardening, recycling, cleaning common areas)

Easy walk to UC Campus, Berkeley Conference Center, International House, UC Art Museum/Pacific Film Archive, cafes, restaurants, shopping etc.
Students are encouraged to use abundant public transportation: BART etc.

Other Expenses:

University Services fee: $249
Activity fee: $125
Flight to San Francisco: approx. $500
Personal spending money (food, fun): approximately $2500
