MSP Undergraduate Listserv

The Media Studies and Production Department maintains a listserv for MSP students, prospective students, and alumni. The MSPUG listserv (MSPUnderGrad!) was created by the MSP Department so that you can:

  • Receive news of interest to MSP students, including details about MSP and other course offerings, MSP events and activities, scholarship and financial aid opportunities, changes in Temple University policies and services, and much more.
  • Discuss topics of interest to MSP students, including news events related to the media; media coverage of health, politics, science, culture, etc.; ideas for student papers or projects; experiences in different MSP and other courses; career options and job opportunities; various fun stuff like reactions to the latest movies/TV shows/music/etc. and announcements of appearances of local bands; and much more.
  • Share information, answer questions, and solve problems. Use the listserv to post questions concerning MSP courses, schedules, and policies; how to find various resources in Temple and other libraries; where to purchase and how to operate computer hardware and software; how to access and navigate the World Wide Web; and much more.
  • Interact with people in the MSP Department who you might not otherwise have the opportunity to meet.

To subscribe to the listserv, just go to this page.

If you have any questions, problems, or comments about the MSPUG listserv, please contact Assistant Chair, Bill Mooney.
