lauren appleLauren Apple, STRC 2010, is a Gender Studies master’s student at Central European University in Budapest, Hungary. Bringing together her love for travel, education and meeting new people, Lauren began this two-year master’s program in the Fall of 2011 and is set to defend her thesis and graduate in June 2013. Jaime Scofield, STRC 2011, is currently the Enterprise Communications Coordinator at Lincoln Financial Group. At Temple, Jaime majored in Strategic Communication with a business minor. Jaime felt that having a general business foundation would help her to be a better communicator and to understand company and client operations. Within the department, she enjoyed taking leadership classes such as Leading Groups & Team Building and Communicating Leadership, where she learned to manage a variety of personalities and working styles within groups.

Robert N. Johnson

Robert N. JohnsonRobert N. Johnson, StOC ’08, is an associate with the firm Anne Klein Communications Group. In this role, he is a member of account teams serving clients in several industries including financial, healthcare, chemical and technology. In this role, he supports the account team as they develop crisis communications, media relations and social media strategies. Prior to joining Ann Klein Communications Group, Johnson was a publicist with Vlahos Public Relations, a boutique communications firm in Philadelphia.

Working at Vlahos, he developed his skills in media relations, event planning and writing for the media. Previously, Johnson worked with Jamba Inc., a market-leading smoothie brand based in San Francisco, as a marketing coordinator.

As PR Coordinator, Lindsay is responsible for further developing the Philabundance brand as well as expanding relationships with regional media and increasing Philabundance’s visibility throughout the region.

Lindsay joins Philabundance after volunteering with AmeriCorps through the Volunteer in Service To America (VISTA) Program, where she was placed at North Penn United Way to organize and streamline their communications and media relations strategies. She recently graduated from Temple University with a degree in Strategic and Organizational Communication in 2009. While at Temple, Lindsay served as chapter president of Temple’s Public Relations Student Society of America (PRSSA) while interning at LevLane Advertising.
