Global Internship

The Global Internship program is offered each summer in Barcelona, Hong Kong, London, Paris, Boston, Chicago, Los Angeles, Miami, New York City, San Francisco, and Washington, D.C.

Regardless of program location, all students will spend three weeks on Temple’s Main Campus studying Intercultural Communication in the Workplace as a group before they depart for full-time internships in their chosen destinations.  The programs include all of your necessary on-site amenities, including housing, meals (in most locations), program events, and transportation. As part of this program, you will work one-on-one with an industry expert, who will help you refine your interviewing skills, perfect your resume, and ultimately help you secure an internship in your desired field, as he/she will give you access to thousands of internships at exclusive companies.  Each program destination provides a unique experience that combines travel, learning, exciting events, with a resume building internship and the pre-departure course will ensure that you’re fully prepared for the workplace and cultural differences you’re sure to encounter in your host city.  Students will receive transcripts from Temple University and earn six credits for this experience.

*Note: Language proficiency is not required in any location. English -peaking internship placements are available.
