Step 1: Acceptance, Forms, Fee Payment and Refund Policy, Deposit, and Internship Details

Deposit

To retain your spot in the Summer 2013 New York City program, please submit a non-refundable $500 deposit within two weeks of receiving your acceptance letter.  Make your check or money order payable to “Temple University” and submit it in care of the Study Away Director, Room 6 Annenberg Hall, Temple University, 2020 North 13th Street, Philadelphia, PA  19122.  Be sure that your name and TU ID are on the check.  This deposit is non-refundable.

Forms

Carefully read and share with your parents the following documents: 

 Please fill out and return the following documents to SMC Study Away by March 1st:
  1. Assumption of Risk and Release
  2. Health and emergency contact

The summer will be here before you know it!  Before we can consider you for scholarships that you applied for through Study Away, we must get the attached completed form from you.  This form will allow Student Financial Services to give us information about your financial need when we are considering awards.
Please complete and submit this form to Study Away by Friday, March 22nd and feel free to contact us with any questions.
