The IT Support Office provides a wide range of technical support for the School of Media and Communication. We provide technical support for classrooms, labs, faculty, staff and students. Our main focus is desktop support for the faculty and staff. If you have an issue with your desktop system or laptop, please contact our office. We are the first line of support before calling the Help Desk. If we are unable to provide support for your particular issue we can refer you to the correct person or department. The Instructional Support Center provides access to computers and a wide range of technology Monday through Friday between 8:30 AM and 5:00 PM, supported by a staff of friendly Certified Instructional Designers and Technology Experts. Assistance on the following areas can be provided:

- Website Authoring
Computer Services offers resources that enhance the educational experience of our students, provides academic and administrative services essential to university operations, and fosters a sense of community.
